Nominate a CS Teacher

Most CS teachers did not have the opportunity to study CS when they were in school. Most learn about computer science as adults, and become teachers of computer science.

Professional Development workshops and courses for teachers can be time consuming and expensive. If you are fortunate enough to have a CS teacher in your school, please thank that teacher for all of their hard work to provide their students with rigorous, relevant computer science learning eperiences.

If you are among the majority of Wisconsin schools that do not have any trained computer science teachers, please consider nominating a teacher from your school for one of our teacher scholarships.

With generous support from National Science Foundation, Code.org, U.S. Department of Education, and others, PUMP-CS is able to connect Wisconsin classroom teachers with scholarship dollars and programs that can help them become a trained CS educator for their grade level at little or no cost.
